Can ping router but can access network (another mac/mobile can ping router)

I am using

• win 10
• asus ac68
• rom: merlin 386.3_2

I only set DHCP:

• 192.168.50.100 to my PC
• 192.168.50.50 to my MAC

I found it is usually can't access router on my PC , ping 192.168.50.1got all lost . (but sometimes works) Access router webui from mobile and MAC is fine .
