Every time I come back from Windows, Ubuntu goes into emergency mode

I actually get emergency mode when I enter Ubuntu when I reboot from Windows 11 the truth is that it annoys me that I get that mode when I return to Ubuntu from Windows 11 here I show my pc when entering that mode and /etc/fstab since the problem seems to be that it does not mount the EFI And that's why if I boot to Windows 11 and after rebooting to Ubuntu it shows me the emergency mode.
