Fail to update Windows kb5009596

My system details are as follows:

Windows 10 Home
21H1
19043.1165
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

Update kb5009596 appears on my Windows update screen.

However, when I try to install it it allways fails with Error 0x80073701.

I even downloaded it to install it manually, but again - it failed.

I followed everything here - still fails...

How can I fix that?
