How to replace eshell.exe with explorer.exe permanently on Windows 10?

A few month ago I did some investigation about the Windows 10 based KIOSK mode and I modified, setup lot of things on my computer. I tested powershell scripts and provision packages. After the investigation, more or less I was be able to clean everything, but one annoying thing is still not working properly. The issue is that when I restart my computer I lose explorer.exe, I don't have start menu, taskbar, desktop etc. I found that "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell" registry key value always changes to "eshell.exe" from "explorer.exe". It happens always when I restart my computer, in this case I need to replace it manually to explorer.exe and after that it works, but only for 1 restart.

I want to avoid any backup and reinstall of the windows system, because this computer is a company computer and this process takes to much time.

Do you know any solution to this problem? Thank you for your answer in advance!
