Unable to ping or access Virtualbox VM via bridged network

I have Windows in a Virtualbox VM and I'm trying to ping it but the VM is unreachable from my machine via the bridged network setting. Although I have full internet access and I'm able to ping the host from the VM. This is on Ubuntu MATE 20.04. Not sure why this is happening.
