usb 3.0 (xHCI) Controller choice produce "Failed to open a session"

i am using ubuntu version :

and virtualbox . i've created a VM for windows 10 and i need to insert my usb key on windows but it doesn't even work but when i choose the option

usb 3.0 (xHCI) Controller

it produces an error "Failed to open a session " is there any solution of my problem ??? please help
