Win11 Color Scheme -- how to make it look like Windows 10?

I am finding that Win11 is a usability downgrade.

For example, consider color emphasis when an app has focus: Many apps (including notepad and Chrome) have little to zero change in shading when they have focus. So walking up to the machine, I have no idea which app currently has focus.

Second example: Alt-Tab: When alt-tabbing across say 10 apps, the highlight in the app selector is very understated. It should be LOUD.

If I could just run Win11 in Win10 styling, that would solve a lot of this.
